Be somebody's couch
Fostering is the whole rescue. There is no building, so every animal they say yes to needs a spare room, a quiet corner, or a spot on the sofa.
We do not have a physical location, like a shelter. Instead all of our animals are in individual foster homes, on couches instead of in cages.
What you provide
A safe, loving home with real attention — love, comfort, structure and security while an animal gets ready for the family that will keep it.
What they provide
Everything else. Food, crates, bowls, bedding, medication, and all veterinary care. Fostering should cost you time and heart, not money.
You can say what fits you
- Seniors, who mostly need somewhere soft and quiet.
- Animals with special needs or a course of medication.
- A mother and her litter, which is loud and short and wonderful.
- Short-term recovery care after a surgery.
How to start
Read the dog and cat adoption processes first, so you know what happens to an animal after your part is done. Then send the foster application. It exists so they can match an animal’s personality and needs to your actual household, not to guess.
